W4938-21-498S Request for Bid Solicitation (Group A - Children & Armed Conflict)
The Dallaire Centre of Excellence for Peace and Security within the Canadian Defence Academy is seeking individuals to submit a proposal on one or all of the following topics:
Group A – Children & Armed Conflict
A1 – Adapting CAF Implementation of the Vancouver Principles to Non-UN Settings;
A2 – Conceptual Links and Differences Across Child Soldiers, Children and Armed Conflict, Child Protection and Protection of Civilians;
A3 – Emerging Issues in Child Protection;
A4 – Gender Perspectives Related to Child Protection; and
A5 - Military Roles for Child Protection
Attached is the Bid Solicitation package for your review and consideration. If this opportunity is something that you might be interested in please review the entire solicitation package in its entirety and submit your proposal in accordance with the directions in the solicitation package. Your submission will not be considered if you fail to meet the deadline for submission or meet the mandatory requirements. Please indicate your priority research topic if you are submitting more than one bid in response to the calls issued by the Dallaire Centre of Excellence for Peace and Security. While we have them grouped under five (5) areas, there are likely to be some who will make submission for topics across all of these so looking to get top priority for all bids submitted. COE reserves the right to issue multiple professional service contracts in each sub-category.
We received a request for an extension. In discussion with the Technical Authority the deadline to submit your proposal has been extended until 01 December 2021 at 2:00:00 pm EST.
