The Operations team is focused on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 in 2021 and is publishing an edited volume reflecting on its impact on the defence of North America with MQUP. As NORAD modernization continues, we evaluate the implications of renewed attention to homeland security for Canada. As well, given the return of great power competition, we will analyse the expectations for NATO - including new missions and perhaps new members.
Description
Operations will focus on Canadian defence and security issues associated with the Arctic, NORAD and with NATO.
